Codebitez photo booth and mypicz.cc photo links
What we collect
The photos taken at the booth and, only if you choose to enter it, the mobile number you type on the booth screen to receive your photo by text.
How we use it
When you enter your number and tap Send, we send you one text message with a private link to your photo. If you later ask for a sign-in code on mypicz.cc to find your photos, we text that code to the number you enter, but only if it has photos with us. We do not send any other messages, and we do not use your number for marketing.
We don't store your number itself. We keep a coded fingerprint of it with your photos (a keyed hash that can't be turned back into the number), so that when you enter the same number again we can show you your photos. Our staff can use it the same way to resend a link you lost.
Text messages
- One message per request. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Who processes it
Messages are delivered through our SMS service (textbee), and photos are stored on our own server behind Cloudflare. They process data only to provide those services. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
Photos are deleted automatically 30 days after they are taken. The number fingerprint is deleted with the photos. Photo links are not listed publicly or indexed by search engines; anyone with the link can view the photo. Our staff can see all booth photos in order to help guests find theirs.
Questions, or want your photo deleted sooner? Email [email protected].
